No recourse for damaged product
The product was shipped in an envelope and arrived crushed, with one bag torn open. I tried to arrange an exchange and found there is no exchange allowed. The tea itself is very fragrant, with a slightly sweet & spicy flavor. Most fruit teas are mixed with hibiscus which I don’t care for the flowery taste that it adds, so this was a nice find.While I enjoy the tea, I’m not sure I’ll purchase it again because I don’t like paying for damages goods
